Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LeadPing mobile application ("the App") — available for Android on Google Play and for iPhone and iPad on the App Store — and the LeadPing website at leadping.plannedping.com. LeadPing is a product of PlannedPing. By downloading, installing, or using LeadPing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or website.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use LeadPing. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. LeadPing is intended for solo professionals tracking warm WhatsApp leads on their phone or tablet.

What LeadPing does — and what it does not do

LeadPing helps you save WhatsApp leads, set follow-up reminders, and open the right WhatsApp chat when it's time to reply. The App relies on several factors that are partially or fully outside our control:

• Your device: Reminders depend on your device's notification behavior, which varies across manufacturers, operating system versions, and device-level power, battery, and Focus settings.
• Operating system behavior: Android and iOS may restrict background processes, throttle notifications, or delay scheduled tasks. These behaviors may affect when reminders fire.
• WhatsApp compatibility: LeadPing opens WhatsApp through standard Android intents and standard iOS URL schemes. Changes to WhatsApp by Meta may affect this behavior.

LeadPing does not send WhatsApp messages on your behalf. When you open a chat from LeadPing, a saved follow-up note may be prefilled in WhatsApp for your review, but you always tap Send yourself.

Advertising

LeadPing is supported by advertising. By using the App, you acknowledge that ads may be displayed within the App. Ads are served by Google AdMob (Google LLC) in accordance with Google's policies. Ads are shown on a non-personalised basis in regions that require consent for personalised advertising.

Payments and in-app purchases

If LeadPing offers paid features, those purchases are processed through Google Play on Android and through the App Store on iPhone and iPad, and are subject to Google's or Apple's respective terms, billing policies, and refund policies. The Android and iOS versions are sold separately on each store, and a purchase on one platform does not carry over to the other. Feature availability may change with reasonable notice and is described inside the App.

User responsibilities

When using LeadPing, you agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Take full responsibility for the content, timing, and recipients of messages you send through WhatsApp.
• Not use the App for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
• Comply with the terms of service of WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business when communicating through those platforms.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the App.

Third-party platforms

LeadPing works alongside WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business (products of Meta Platforms, Inc.), Google Play and Google AdMob (Google LLC), and the Apple App Store (Apple Inc.). LeadPing is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Google, or Apple. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

Intellectual property

LeadPing, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of its creators. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business lead-tracking purposes.

No warranty

LeadPing is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every reminder will fire at the exact expected moment across every device. Reminder reliability depends on device state, permissions, and operating system behavior.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadPing and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed follow-ups, lost business opportunities, or undelivered messages.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. If the App or service is discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or this website. Your continued use of LeadPing after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
